THE LEGEND OF KORRA PREMIERE PARTY, APRIL 14th, 2012
I love this shot of Mike with Dee Bradley Baker and his adorable daughter, Cora. The multi-talented Dee voiced Appa, Momo (and just about every other hybrid and non-hybrid animal), and Chong on the original Avatar series. On Korra, Dee plays Naga, Pabu, Oogi, and Tarrlok. You probably knew all of that, but what you might not have known is that Cora voiced 4-year-old Korra in the premiere episode. (The names were a coincidence.)

Here is a shot Mike and me with Janet Varney, the amazingly talented voice of Korra, at The Legend of Korra premiere party this Saturday, April 14. Here is a fantastic interview with Janet by Max Nicholson on IGN: page 1 and page 2.
(I can’t recall who took this photo, but the camera was Mike’s, as was the processing. I’ll be uploading a bunch of shots from the party soon.)

They are so adorable and it’s Bryke and her and I just have so many feelings do you even understand my feelings it’s just so much perfection okay leave me alone my heart it’s overflowing

Head cannon: Brychael makes a short like this for Korra. Mako, Bolin, and Tahno fight for her love in a pro bending arena. But at the end, Korra goes home with Howl.

Why is Bryan Konietzko so perfect I mean stop that

Conflict resolution every season.
Each baddy is restricted to one season. Can’t wait to see how it all rolls out.

So Amon is only season 1? Kind of disappointing, but I guess that means we will see some awesome new characters come season 2.

THIS IS BRAND NEW INFORMATION!

“there are definitely arcs that carry over from Book 1 to Book 2”

HMM I WONDER IF THE MAKORRA ARC CARRIES OVER
HMMMMMM

As long as they throw Howl back in, I’ll be happy. {

Lol guys. The atla fandom is “rabid”.

They really have no idea how truly rabid we are.

They really don’t
